In a recent video, Nicki shared that she had used after struggling with her weight for years.
In the first picture, Nicki sported a blonde wig and was at her heaviest before being on the medication.
She wrote: Started my at 16.8 stone.”
At two months, Nicki could feel a difference, but she admitted that nobody else had noticed her weight loss yet.
After losing three stone, Nicki revealed that people started to comment on her weight loss and she was finally ‘comfortable’ with her body.
The pounds kept coming off, and she revealed that she was thrilled to be able to buy smaller clothes and finally feel good in her skin.
But Nicki admitted there was a downside to being on Mounjaro.
After she reached her target weight, she decided she still wanted to keep going with her weight loss.
In the end, she weighed 8.12 stone and realised she had gotten too small.
“Hit 8.12 stone, realising this isn’t where I’m meant to sit and recognising it,” she said.
So, instead of carrying on, Nicki decided to put on weight, and hit 9.2 stone and maintained.
Now Nicki is off the weight loss medication and happier than ever.
She captioned the post: “My journey… it’s been emotional, I have good and bad days but it’s all about creating a better, healthy lifestyle and recognising what’s best for me.
“We’re all different, your journey is yours, focus on you, stay in your lane and keep up the hard work, keep going, you’ve got this.”
The clip went viral on her TikTok account @ nickidee_xo with over 456k views and 13.5k likes.
Many took to the comments thanking Nicki for motivating them.
One person wrote: “Honestly, I am so gobsmacked! I have so much respect for you. I can’t even lose half a stone! I have ZERO willpower. How did you do it??? Well done, you look fabulous.”
How to take Mounjaro safely
IF you're thinking of starting Mounjaro, here's everything you need to be aware of to ensure you use it safely.
Consult your doctor first

Start a low dose and increase slowly
- Starting dose is usually 2.5 mg once weekly, injected under the skin.
- Typical progression: 2.5 mg → 5 mg → 7.5 mg → up to 15 mg weekly (in 2.5 mg increments every four weeks, as tolerated).
Administer it properly
- Inject once a week, same day each week, with or without food.
- Inject subcutaneously in stomach, thigh, or upper arm and rotate injection sites weekly.
Watch for side effects
- Common side effects include: nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, decreased appetite and fatigue.
- Seek medical help if you experience any of the following serious side effects: signs of pancreatitis (severe stomach pain), allergic reactions and kidney problems (low urine output, swelling).
“Aww, thank you so much Mel, I’ve had a massive helping hand from Mounjaro, I’ve struggled most of my adult life, this really has been a god-send,” replied Nicki.
Another commented: “You are looking fantastic well done on your journey.”
“Refreshing to see someone went “too far” recognised it & changed it to be more maintainable. Some people go too far & look awful,” penned a third.
Meanwhile a fourth said: “Well done you look fab.”
“You also knocked like 20 years off you,” claimed a fifth.
Someone else added: “Congratulations! and well done for being able to recognise that the lower weight wasn’t right for you.”
