PROTESTING yobs are wreaking chaos on Belfast for a second night as violence and disorder continue to grip parts of the city.
The disorder in the city erupted yesterday after Stephen Ogilvie suffered devastating injuries following a frenzied knife attack on Monday, with his family making a plea for calm amid violent scenes.

But despite those calls, trouble flared again tonight as masked troublemakers clashed with police and set vehicles ablaze in scenes of mayhem.
The thugs have already set fire to an oil tanker while a large group of protesters has been met by riot cops amid a huge security operation.
A police water cannon has been deployed at Sandyknowes roundabout as officers battle to keep rival groups apart and prevent further disorder.
Hundreds of officers have flooded the area around Newtownabbey after crowds gathered close to a hotel amid fears tensions could spiral out of control.
A crowd of around 150 people assembled on the Antrim Road near Mallusk earlier this evening.
