LISANDRO MARTINEZ has intensified his recovery after rejoining the Manchester United first team for full training.
The 28-year-old centre-back practiced on Wednesday for the first time since undergoing surgery for an ACL injury sustained in February.

A distraught Martinez was stretchered off during the closing moments of United’s 2-0 loss to Crystal Palace at Old Trafford nine months ago.
Ruben Amorim did not specify a date for the Argentina international’s return to the matchday squad when asked last week.
Amorim stated: “He’s feeling good. The knee is responding exceptionally well, so I don’t want to commit to a specific date or week.
“I’m not sure, but he is close to resuming training with the team.
“Ultimately, it will depend on Licha's rhythm; whether he secures his spot will depend on him, but he is getting closer to returning to training.”
Saturday's Premier League match against Nottingham Forest will be too soon for him to make his comeback.
However, there is a possibility he could be included in the matchday squad for the following weekend's trip to Spurs.
Martinez injured his ankle while contesting the ball with Palace winger Ismaila Sarr.
The fan-favorite defender, known as ‘The Butcher’ on social media, has faced numerous injury issues since joining the Red Devils in July 2022.
He spent several months sidelined during his first season at the club after fracturing his metatarsal.
