Lisa lost 4 stone and became the first female contestant on the show to lift her male dance partner—the late star, who passed away in 2024.

By 2016, she revealed that she had lost a stone in just one week after consuming only 400 calories a day.
At that time, Lisa shared that she had checked into the Slimmeria retreat, operated by diet expert Galia Grainger, where her days consisted of exercise and healthy meals.
She adhered to a strict schedule, waking up at 7:15 AM and going to bed by 9 PM.
Lisa was also restricted to no more than 400 calories a day and was not allowed to eat after 6:30 PM.
