The 2025 Cup winners – backed by England and Manchester United hero – have yet to win in FOUR outings at their Nu Stadium.
And now they have joined the record books again, but for all the wrong reasons after becoming just the THIRD side to chuck away a three-goal lead and suffer defeat.
Former Barcelona star, , 38, was on the scoresheet as Inter Miami raced into a three-nil lead and looked on course for a first win at their new home in the Florida Derby.
But Orlando had other ideas and after trailing 3-1 at the break, they put in a spirited comeback in arguably one of, if not, the gretest MLS turnaround in history.
Three goals in the final 20-plus minutes including a Tyrese Spicer winner in the 93rd minute sparked wild scenes for the visitors and utter dejection for the home side.
Martin Ojeda also netted a hat-trick in a showdown that had it all.
He said: “The way we came out in the first half, it wasn’t us.
“In the second half, we came out and showed who we can be as a team.
“Very proud to win a clásico away and very proud of this group.
“It’s reflective of the work we’ve been doing.
“The only way to push forward is to continue to work.
“As a group, we’re all very united and focused on the goals we have ahead of us.”
