The song, Hello, is tipped for release in the coming weeks after she performed the track at Boardmasters Festival in Cornwall last month.
A source said: “It’s been a rocky journey for Leigh-Anne going from to a solo artist, but she finally feels like things are working out.
“The music she’s creating feels authentic and she’s really proud of the album. The current plan is for the record to be released in February. Right now she’s just putting the finishing touches to it but it’s essentially done.
“It’s been a long time coming so hopefully fans think it’s worth the wait.”
