KYLIE Minogue fought back tears as she read a letter she wrote to her ‘future child’ while going through IVF.
In emotional scenes for her documentary, , 57, revealed she postponed treatment following her cancer diagnosis in 2005 as she underwent IVF in a bid to become a mother.

Pop superstar Kylie also shared a touching letter she wrote while going through the heartbreaking situation.
She said: “If it had happened, it would have been just shy of a miracle but it didn’t work out that way. So, this was a letter to what might have been.”
Kylie’s letter read: “Distant child, my flower, are you blowing in the breeze? Can you feel me as I breathe life into you?
‘Wrapped in a blanket of hope, asleep in a bed of dreams, my step into eternity is not what it might have been, or not at all, for who knows which way the wind is going to blow.”

Kylie’s singer sister , 54, has one son, as does her brother , 55.
: “She is amazing with kids. Just naturally incredible. She is amazing with her nephews.
“I never saw myself being a parent and she always did. And that is heartbreaking.”
The lyrics of Kylie’s 2012 song Flower dealt with the pain of not having children.
It includes the line: “Distant child my flower, are you blowing in the breeze?”
In another revelation, after being diagnosed with primary breast cancer in early 2021.
Kylie said: “I was able to keep it to myself and go through that year.
“I didn’t feel obliged to tell the world and actually I just couldn’t at the time as I was just a shell of a person.”
