Kim Bum will be making his return to the small screen!
On May 28, News1 reported that Kim Bum has been cast in the upcoming SBS drama “”;; (working title).
His agency KINGKONG by STARSHIP confirmed the news, stating, “Kim Bum will appear in the new SBS drama ‘Sold Out Again Today’ as Seo Eric. We ask for your continued interest and support as Kim Bum takes on this exciting new role in a romantic comedy genre.”;;
“Sold Out Again Today”;; is a dreamy rom-com about Matthew Lee, a farmer who works three jobs, and Dam Ye Jin, a top show host who suffers from severe insomnia.
Ahn Hyo Seop plays Matthew Lee, a farmer who grows a miraculous ingredient while also serving as CEO of a natural cosmetics company and an R&D researcher. Chae Won Bin stars as Dam Ye Jin, a top home shopping host who develops severe insomnia after reducing sleep to boost work efficiency.
Kim Bum will play Seo Eric, an executive director at a global French cosmetics company. After immigrating to France as a child, Eric was raised in a wealthy elite household when his mother remarried the head of a global conglomerate. Now seeking recognition in the family’s succession race, he returns to Korea—where he crosses paths with Dam Ye Jin. Though he exudes effortless charm, Eric is anything but passive when it comes to love and work.
