TORY chief Kemi Badenoch is demanding Labour think again about switching off Freeview TV.
She is calling on to guarantee terrestrial television is kept beyond 2034.

Pressure is now piling on wannabe Prime Minister to abandon the plan, which ministers are consulting on.
intervention comes as BBC Director General is set to be quizzed on the subject when he faces MPs next week.
His predecessor said in May that now is the time to plan a switchover in the 2030s.
But Ms Badenoch said: “Labour should think very carefully before they and the BBC make the mistake of switching off free TV.
“Freeview is still the main way that millions get their television, particularly the elderly and those with poor internet connections.
“There are plenty of other ways the BBC could save money without making life more miserable for pensioners and those in rural areas.”
The Sun has launched a to protect terrestrial telly and a petition against the plan has 150,000 signatures.
Labour said: “We are committed to ensuring no one is left behind as TV viewing increasingly moves online.”
And the BBC said: “People are changing how and where they consume content at pace.”
