THIS is the jaw-dropping moment a huge brawl erupts between roofers working on a bungalow – with one man hurled over the edge.

Astonishing footage shows two other workers tumbling off the roof before carrying on the fight as if nothing happened.

The clip, filmed in Detroit, begins with a man wearing a straw hat grabbing a fellow roofer and throwing him off the bungalow roof.

The cameraman then pans across to reveal two more workers grappling before they lose their footing and crash to the ground.

Despite the heavy fall, both men immediately scramble back to their feet and continue throwing punches.

As the melee unfolds, one of the roofers even has his shirt ripped completely off.

At one point, the cameraman can be heard shouting: “The white folks are gonna call the cops if you guys don’t calm the f**k down.”

The man in the straw hat then climbs down a ladder, apparently trying to break up the fight.

But he is unable to restore order and eventually walks away.

Moments later, the brawl fizzles out, with the men left standing around exchanging angry looks.

The extraordinary footage quickly went viral on social media, with users reacting with a mix of shock and amusement.

One person joked: “Not gonna lie: I’d be willing to pay more for my next roof if the roofers were going to have an elimination royal rumble over my house.”

Another wrote: “This crew has standards and I want them doing my roof.”

A third added: “Not a cell phone in sight. Just people living in the moment.”

It is not the first time construction workers have come to blows on site.

In 2021, armed with wooden planks and crowbars after an alleged dispute over payment for building supplies.

A witness said the fight, in Manchester, left cars damaged and one worker “covered in blood”.

He said: “It kicked off at about 12.30-1pm on Tuesday, involving 12 men.

“I was told there was a dispute about payment for products, and it turned into an altercation.

“Two lads pulled up, went to the small merchants, and a man came out covered in blood.

“He said that he had been attacked with a hammer.”

By the time police arrived, those involved had already fled after hearing the approaching sirens.
