But she almost got more than she bargained for when her loose top went rogue as she took part in a brutal leg routine in the gym.
The former collegiate athlete broadcast some of her workout to her adoring fans via her Instagram story.
Simmons, who boasts more than 960,000 followers on the platform, wore grey trousers and a loose white tee as she showed off her strength and flexibility in the clips.
But as she leaned over to get set up on one leg machine, her top rose up her torso and came dangerously close to an awkward gaffe.
Thankfully for her the top just about held on, with Simmons again barely avoiding spilling out of her revealing fashion choices.
She recently sent fans wild with a daring outfit while supporting the US National team at the World Cup.
The 30-year-old wore a barely-there bikini and tiny America-themed shorts as she cheered the nation on.
One fan said: “US never looked so good!”

Simmons played volleyball for Marshall University, but stepped away from the sport upon graduating.
