KAYLA SIMMONS has revealed a “scary situation” forced her to stay off social media for a short period.
The influencer, 30, who has been dubbed “the world’s sexiest volleyball star”, has been absent from her platforms in recent months.

But she has now given an insight into her social hiatus after posting an update for fans.
She revealed she had dealt with a “scary situation” in recent weeks and hinted there was a copycat account pretending to be her.
Kayla said: “I haven’t felt like posting much on here because of a scary situation that happened to me a few weeks ago.
“So I just want to make it clear that this verified account is my ONLY Instagram.
“Any other account on here is not me.
“If someone messages you from a different account on Instagram or anywhere that’s not promoted here first, it’s not me!!”
Kayla quickly rose to fame after playing volleyball for Marshall University, but stepped away from the sport upon graduating.
