The Kano State Police Command has apprehended six suspects and recovered three tricycles and five motorcycles that were allegedly stolen from various locations within the state.
This operation, executed by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), is part of ongoing initiatives to combat theft and other criminal activities in Kano.
Police spokesman SP Abdullahi Haruna Kiyawa confirmed the arrests in a statement released on Monday, October 20, 2025, stating that the operation exemplifies the Command’s “unwavering commitment to ensuring the safety and security of residents.”
