The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for variety shows!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, interaction, media coverage, community awareness, and viewership indexes of 50 popular variety programs, using big data collected from June 6 to July 6.
“ Home Alone ” (“I Live Alone”) defended its position at the top of the list this month with a brand reputation index of 5,271,834. High-ranking phrases in the show’s keyword analysis included “ Park Na Rae ,” “ Lee Jang Woo ,” and “Palm Oil,” while its highest-ranking related terms included “reveal,” “healing,” and “travel.” The program’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 92.04 percent positive reactions.
Meanwhile, “ My Little Old Boy ” took second place for the month with a brand reputation index of 3,340,228.
“ How Do You Play? ” came in at a close third with a brand reputation index of 3,236,058, marking a modest rise of 3.09 percent in its score since last month.
“ Running Man ” ranked fourth for July with a brand reputation index of 2,757,218.
Finally, “ Immortal Songs ” rounded out the top five with a brand reputation index of 2,718,549, marking a slight increase of 1.36 percent since June.
