July Girl Group Brand Reputation Rankings Announced

The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for girl groups!

The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community indexes of various girl groups, using big data collected from June 13 to July 13.

BLACKPINK topped this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 8,488,643, marking a 35.20 percent increase in their score since June. High-ranking phrases in the group’s keyword analysis included “,”; “full group,”; and “,”; while their highest-ranking related terms included “comeback,”; “perform,”; and “all-kill.”; BLACKPINK’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 94.69 percent positive reactions.

IVE took second place for July with a brand reputation index of 5,091,757, marking a 1.88 percent rise in their score since last month.

TWICE jumped to third place with a brand reputation index of 3,983,562, marking a 33.94 percent increase in their score since June.

Red Velvet came in at a close fourth with a brand reputation index of 3,618,989, marking a 17.78 percent rise in their score since last month.

Finally, OH MY GIRL rounded out the top five with a brand reputation index of 2,427,175, marking a 4.09 percent increase in their score since June.
