Jude Bellingham facing MONTHS on sidelines with England star to undergo major surgery after Club World Cup

JUDE BELLINGHAM is set to undergo shoulder surgery after the Club World Cup – which could sideline him for MONTHS.

Bellingham is set to be joined by international team-mate Trent Alexander-Arnold next season.
