JOSE MOURINHO has paid an emotional tribute to his long-time friend and trusted coach Silvino Louro after his tragic passing.

Mourinho, who worked closely with Louro across multiple clubs, led the tributes with a heartfelt message .
The Portuguese boss said: “In my family you are still alive.
“I will still hear you saying before every game, ‘Bro, it’s gonna be okay.’”
Louro joined in 2016 as part of Mourinho’s backroom staff and spent three seasons at .

Louro had previously built a strong reputation working under Mourinho at Chelsea, and .
He transitioned into coaching in the early 2000s following the end of his playing career.

Tributes flooded in from across the world, with fans and former colleagues remembering Louro’s impact on and off the pitch.
