He received six of the eight votes at the Round Table — with both , 25, and , 49, writing his name on their chalk boards.
— a Traitor with the pair since the start of the game, said he had no hard feelings — but did wish he had been a Faithful.
Speaking to The Sun following his show exit he said he hoped Cat and Alan “will stick together and they will romp off to victory”.
for a number of episodes from his co-stars, but his luck finally ran out in the third-from-last episode.
Alan had hinted at the betrayal before the Round Table began, saying: “Jonathan’s name is on everyone’s lips.”
They got me! But I’m kind of relieved and I’m glad that Alan went for me as well.

And Cat wasted no time once the meeting began, saying: “I just wanted to be honest in that I’m a bit suspicious of you, Jonathan.”
Alan backed her up, falsely suggesting he was in cahoots with former England rugby player Joe Marler — a Faithful.
It was Joe who believed that Jonathan would have been chosen as a Traitor because he was a showbiz heavyweight “big dog”.
The comments convinced others as Jonathan was banished — revealing his status in comical fashion.
Smirking, he announced: “I am now and I have been all through the game completely faithful . . . to the Traitors!”
Jonathan later revealed he has no hard feelings over the betrayal.
He said: “They got me! But I’m kind of relieved and I’m glad that Alan went for me as well.”
He hopes the pair go on to triumph, but suspects only Cat might survive to the end.
He said: “In my dream scenario, it would be Cat and Alan. I don’t think Alan’s going to survive, but I think Cat will make it to the end.

“I think Cat will win, and she deserves to win. Out of the three of us, she had the best tactical brain.”
But he said that he had loved plotting with Alan, adding: “Alan is one of the funniest men I’ve ever met in my life, so to have him there with me already made me feel more comfortable.”
Jonathan found the duplicity hard at times — and wished had not picked him.
He said: “I thought I’d be happy to be a Traitor, but I actually found it really hard just lying to people but that is what makes it such compelling viewing.
‘Blaming the game’
“Around the second day I began to think ‘oh, I really wish I’d said I’d like to be a Faithful’.”
Jonathan acknowledged even he was surprised he made it as far as he did, saying: “I don’t mean to be rude but they were idiots!
“I’m not judging because it’s fiendish, so I am not blaming the players, I’m blaming the game.”
Jonathan said he suspected his co-stars had finally rumbled him so looked to just relish his final hours at
He said: “I began to relax oddly at that point and thought ‘OK, I am going home today, just enjoy the day’.
I’ve got as far as I could, and I’ve got further than I thought I would, so I’m quite happy.

Following his exit, the remaining Faithfuls were praised by host Claudia, who had previously chastised them for their repeated failures to catch Traitors.
This time she told them: “Players you got one! Well done!”
It capped a dramatic episode that began with comedian exiting in a game of chess.

Lucy said her exit was “shocking but thrilling” and the attempts to root out Traitors had been “driving me insane”.
She went on: “When you watch at home you’re like, ‘Why aren’t they getting it’? Shame I can’t go back into the game and solve it!”
Following that the celebrities took on a high-wire challenge to win cash, which saw Alan, Joe, Cat and take on a terrifying high bridge.
The prize pot, which will be donated to charity, was left standing at £53,500.
The Sun revealed yesterday how figures suggest the hit show.

RUTH RANT AT 'SNAKE'
By
NETFLIX actress Ruth Codd called Jonathan Ross a “fing snake” after her early exit from the show, it has been revealed.
The 29-year-old Irish star ranted away from the cameras after she was murdered in the fourth episode.
She had correctly accused Jonathan of being a Traitor — but was one of only two people to try to banish him.
Jonathan then murdered her with his fellow Traitors Alan Carr and Cat Burns in a “double bluff” move.
A TV insider said Ruth was frustrated her co-stars had not listened to her.
They said: “She called Jonathan a ‘fing snake’ and really let go of her anger behind the scenes.” The BBC did not comment.
