Over its first five seasons, Lucifer has introduced us to several lovable characters and with Lucifer season 5 part 2 the Lucifer family will expand once again with the introduction of several new faces. Among the many newcomers joining the Lucifamily in season 5 is actor Joel Rush, who joins the cast as Lucifer’s brother Zadkiel, the archangel of freedom, benevolence and mercy.

His most notable roles outside of Lucifer came in playing Edward “Eddie” Willis on Tyler Perry’s If Loving You Is Wrong and as Luke in 2018’s Honey: Rise Up and Dance. 

In addition to those larger roles, Rush has also had guest roles in several big titles including A Madea Family Reunion, Days of our Lives and Betty White’s Off Their Rockers.
