A jet-setting Vogue model who transitioned into a children's nurse tragically passed away two days after she was admitted to the hospital due to stomach pains.
Kimberley Cook, 43, sadly died on October 13 after being admitted to St Mary’s Hospital on October 11.
Her condition deteriorated “very, very quickly” after her initial arrival, where she complained of stomach discomfort, an inquest revealed.

“Following the devastating loss of her niece, Summer, to childhood cancer in 2008, Kim aimed to make a difference for others in similar situations by retraining as a pediatric nurse. This decision ultimately led her to become the lead nurse for children in care on the Isle of Wight.
“Kim dedicated her heart and soul to her work, displaying profound commitment to the young individuals and families she supported.
“An enthusiastic fundraiser, she took part in countless charity fun runs, challenging sponsored walks, and each Christmas, she organized a toy appeal to ensure the children under her care received a gift to open—a tradition that reflected her love, generosity, and unwavering compassion.
“Kim also never lost her appreciation for beauty.
“With her passion for art, antiques, and photography, along with her natural talents in thrifted fashion and interior design, Kim possessed the unique ability to recognize and unlock the hidden potential in just about everything, from properties and objects to even people.
“Above all, Kim was a devoted mother to her two sons.
