JESY Nelson shared a sweet new snap of her twins Ocean Jade and Story Monroe having physiotherapy in the park.

The , 34, to her little girls last year, and they have both since been diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) Type 1.

Making the most out of the sunny , Jesy and a friend brought along a picnic blanket and some baby mats on their park trip.

They laid Ocean and Story down on their backs and gently moved their legs to help build muscle strength.

Ocean and Story wore matching red and white gingham outfits and looked at one another adorably during the physio session.

Meanwhile Jesy opted for a white tube top, colourful plaid trousers and a light brown baseball cap.

Jesy posted the photo to her Instagram story with the simple caption: “Physio in the park.”

The star also shared a short video of herself having fun on the park’s zip wire.

The post comes just a week since Jesy celebrated a major milestone after rallying for SMA to be tested for at birth — it will now be debated in Parliament.

The debate is set to take place on June 22, and, if granted, SMA screenings will be added for newborns.

The snap also comes just after Jesy celebrated Ocean and Story turning one year old.

The singer compiled a reel of sweet moments with her daughters, beginning with one of them all surrounded by balloons and pastel party decorations to mark the occasion.

She sweetly captioned the post: “Happy Birthday my Ocean and Story you are my whole heart and soul I love you more than you will ever know.”

The twins’ dad is rapper and singer who began dating Jesy in 2022 and got engaged to the former star last year.

However, the couple later split following the devastating diagnosis of their daughters’ condition, though they have remained close and are continuing to co-parent together.

The rare muscle-wasting condition will leave Jesy’s children unlikely to be able to walk on their own, and they each require feeding tubes as well as specialist equipment to help them breathe at night.
