SBS’s upcoming drama “Our Movie”; has offered a glimpse into the complex relationship between Jeon Yeo Been and Lee Seol!
“Our Movie”; tells the poignant love story of Lee Je Ha (Namkoong Min), a film director struggling with an uncertain future, and Lee Da Eum (Jeon Yeo Been), an aspiring actress who is suffering from a terminal illness.
Lee Da Eum is a rookie actress who, despite facing the end of her life, continues to chase her dream of becoming an actress. Her determination leads her to land the lead role in “White Love,”; a film directed by Lee Je Ha, the son of a legendary filmmaker. Since “White Love”; marks Lee Je Ha’s return after a five-year hiatus following his sensational debut, all eyes are on Da Eum as the new face headlining this much-anticipated project.
The spotlight grows even brighter when Korea’s top actress Chae Seo Young (Lee Seol) also joins the cast. Known for dominating films, dramas, and advertisements, Chae Seo Young surprises everyone by turning down major roles to appear as a supporting character in “White Love.”; Her decision draws attention, especially as it marks a reunion with director Lee Je Haâboth the person who helped launch her career and a former rumored romantic interest.
As Da Eum and Seo Young come together for “White Love,”; their relationship begins to blur the lines between connection and rivalry. Tension quietly brews between the twoâDa Eum, a complete newcomer making her debut in a highly anticipated movie, and Seo Young, a top star who forgoes her usual leading roles to appear as a supporting actress.
Both women share different yet significant ties to director Lee Je Ha. As senior and junior in the film world, collaborators on the same set, and lead versus supporting cast, Da Eum and Seo Young find themselves walking a fine line between camaraderie and competitionâmaking their evolving relationship one to watch.
