tvN’s “Our Unwritten Seoul”;; has unveiled a sneak peek of Jang Young Nam’s and Kim Sun Young’s characters!
“Our Unwritten Seoul”;; is a romantic drama about identical twin sisters Yoo Mi Ji and Yoo Mi Rae (both played by Park Bo Young), who lead completely different lives. After switching identities through a web of lies, they embark on a journey to discover real love and the true meaning of life.
Jang Young Nam will play Kim Ok Hee, the warmhearted mother of Yoo Mi Ji and Yoo Mi Rae. After losing her husband at a young age, Kim Ok Hee raised the twins on her own while working as a cook at an elementary school. She’s proud of Mi Rae, who has grown up well, but remains worried about Mi Ji, who still lives in their hometown and is unemployed.
Kim Sun Young will take on the role of Yeom Boon Hong, the vice principal of the elementary school where Kim Ok Hee works. She is also the mother of Lee Ho Su (GOT7’s Jinyoung). Following the death of her husband, Yeom Boon Hong has come to rely heavily on her son for emotional support.
Although Kim Ok Hee and Yeom Boon Hong were once fierce rivals, they remain close neighbors with a strong bond. Despite leading seemingly opposite lives, they share many similarities and rely on each other more than anyone else.
“Our Unwritten Seoul”;; will premiere on May 24 at 9:20 p.m. KST.
