CELEBRITY Traitors star James Blunt reveals that he teamed up with a co-star in secret – in order to keep them on the show.
The singer is currently taking part in the hit and has admitted that he had a secret ploy to keep his pal in the game – but never mentioned it out loud.
Following the latest mission on the show, only Jerry Hall and Dr Hannah Fry were left eligible for murder.
It means one of them will be booted from the show in tonight’s episode but James has admitted he did all he could, secretly, to keep Hannah in the game.
In a new post, he claimed he purposefully suggested he was suspicious of Hannah at the roundtable before quickly following it up by stating the “most obvious solution is often truest”.
He suggested Hannah was recruited as she was the biggest threat and that was why became the first murder victim.
However, James has stated he threw Hannah’s name out as a red herring in a bid to keep her in the game.
He quickly moved the roundtable conversation on and opened up as to why on .
One fan said to James about the strategy: “I’d like to think it’s a tactic to keep her in the game.
“If her name is brought up the traitors are less likely to murder her.”
Confirming this was his apparent plan, James replied: “Bingo!”
Although this did not outright confirm Hannah’s outcome on the show, many took James’ comment to be a spoiler – given his enthusiastic response about Hannah.
