The brunette bombshell, who hails from , sparked a connection with Jack, leaving the villa together after they were dumped during a brutal game.

But now four months later Jack has set the record straight on his relationship status.
Speaking to Goss . ie , he said: “ Obviously the long distance thing is a bit of an issue, but no, we’re good friends.
“We kind of gave it a go on the outside of the villa, but she’s in Miami, I’m in Dublin, it’s kind of two separate worlds right now. So yeah, just friends, back in the single game, it’s been great, happy to be back.”
When asked if it ended mutually, Jack responded: “Yeah, it kind of just ended. It’s just one of them things, we tried. It’s kind of a long distance thing.
“Yeah, it’s kind of all I’m going to say right now.”
Eagle-eyed fans had first been convinced the relationship had run its course when Sher flew back to the US, following their stint on the show.
The couple was then hit with another spell of split rumours, when it appeared Sher had deleted photos of Jack from her page.

Addressing the deleted photos, a source at the time said: “Sher did not remove any photos of her and Jack from her profile. There were never any posted to begin with.”
They also revealed that Jack and Sher had worked out exactly how they would navigate their long-distance relationship.
They said: “There is a lot of speculation if Jack and Sher are still together but they are still talking and seeing each other and are in a really positive place as they continue navigating the distance between them.
“They were never officially boyfriend and girlfriend, and are still in the very early stages of their romance and don’t want the pressure.
“It was never going to be easy with Sher being based in New York – but she intends to make the effort and come back to the UK soon.
“Distance can absolutely be challenging, but from the beginning both Sher and Jack have felt that the way they navigate it makes sense for them.
“Jack travels to the States quite often, and Sher is in several times a year as well, so they have found a rhythm that works.”

Sher shared a sweet message for the Irish reality star, as he celebrated turning 26.
After appearing to maintain their relationship it seems the pair just couldn’t make it work long-term.
