Jack was in court earlier this week charged with

It was the latest blow for the former millionaire after his relapse with drink and drugs, his rehab stint and his court appointments.

In the new snaps, Jack could be seen leaving the Mercure Hotel in Dartford, where he is understood to have been staying in recent times.

Jack was seen leaving the hotel for two days running , Elvis, for a walk in a nearby park.

Elvis was snapped wearing a muzzle as required by a previous court order as a result of the dog biting a member of the public.

Jack attempted to keep a low-profile as he exited the hotel amid his turmoil in recent days.

The ex-reality star failed to carry out the community service required as part of a previous charge.

He was previously handed a suspended sentence for speeding down the hard shoulder in a while on cocaine.

He was then handed a further three months when he was dragged to court after his attacked a runner in September 2022.

The dog also mauled an unnamed woman in Grays, , in June 2024 but no harm was done.

As part of the sentence, Fincham was ordered to carry out unpaid work but failed to show up for several shifts.

He appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court earlier this week where he faced the suspended jail term being activated after admitting the offence.

But the reality star was instead ordered to pay a £375 fine along with £60 in costs after proving he could not carry out the unpaid work as he was in rehab.

He will also no longer be required to complete the 120 hours of community service.

Fincham revealed on that he spent at Rainford Hall, Merseyside, after relapsing.

He confessed he’s as he told fans he’s homeless and living in a hotel with his dog.

The star added: “In case anyone is wondering where I am, I’m staying a hotel with the dog. I’m just gonna reset and work out what to do and where I wanna live.

“Got my beautiful dog Elvis, without him I probably wouldn’t even be here to be honest.”

The TV personality explained that while it was “scary” for him going back into the world after rehab, he was determined to get back on track.

Fincham previously did a stint in rehab back in 2021 but relapsed before Christmas last year.

Jack spoke of the spiral back in January.

He explained: “Since then I have done , I have done laughing gas.

“I have been so drunk that I’ve kissed a woman over Christmas and don’t even remember doing it. I’m embarrassed, mortified. I feel like an idiot.

“I am a 33-year-old man. I should be settled down, married. Instead I need help.”
