AN ASYLUM seeker who claimed he had a “micropenis” and was unable to have sex has been locked up for 11 years for attempted rape.
Iranian Hossein Mohmoudi, 36, came to by piloting a across the Channel.

In December 2024, he followed a 43-year-old woman for 55 minutes, including on to the same bus, as she went home after a party.
He tried to rape her in an alleyway but stopped when he was confronted by a passerby who intervened.
Mohmoudi has now been jailed for 11 years.
Judge Sarah-Jane Griffiths described him as a “dangerous sexual predator” at his trial at Snaresbrook Crown .
Mohmoudi had claimed he couldn’t have committed the because he had a “micropenis”.
Having made the claim, two doctors visited him in his cell to ascertain the size of his penis.
He also claimed at the trial that he couldn’t have committed the crime due to his , habit and which meant he had no ability or desire to have sex.
The jury heard that he had been talking on a fetish website before the attack and in his defence it was claimed it was “helpful for my English”.
Judge Griffiths said: “I do not believe for one moment that you were on that site to learn, or improve, your English.”
She added: “I also find that you were clearly able to have sexual intercourse,” concluding: “The evidence against you was overwhelming.”
The judge also said that only three months before the attack, cops had been called after Mohmoudi, who was living in an asylum hotel in east London, “terrified” a woman by following her home, waiting outside and “looking in for a considerable period of time”.
Prosecutor Christiaan Moll also told the court that Mohmoudi had previously stalked a barmaid in south-west London and harassed another woman by repeatedly emailing her at work.
Judge Griffiths said: “I have no doubt you were wandering the streets in the early hours looking to see if there was anyone around you could take advantage of.”
She added: “It is clear that this offence has caused severe psychological harm,” and saying: “You have shown no remorse at all.”
Mohmoudi’s victim, who cannot be identified due to legal protections, said: “I thought you were going to kill me that night if you hadn’t been interrupted. You still might… You completely destroyed my life.”
Due to his denials Mohmoudi could not be asked to get checked for STDs, meaning his victim had “no choice but to take medication to prevent HIV and hepatitis B”.
She said: “The side effects of the first month of taking HIV meds on my stomach, my weight and my energy were a horrific extension of what you did to me.”
The victim added: “December used to be a time I looked forward to. Now, when the Christmas lights go up and the party invitations come in, my body knows the anniversary is coming before my mind does.”
Mohmoudi as handed an 11-year sentence and the judge gave him an extended licence period of four years.
Judge Griffiths said he would serve two thirds of his custodial sentence before being assessed for parole and he would be liable for deportation after his custodial sentence was served.
Mohmoudi has previously notched up five criminal convictions for assault and criminal damage while living in .
Having arrived in the UK, in was in prison for 10 months for piloting the small boat before being released to the asylum hostel.
In his defence, David Harounoff said Mohmoudi had fled because he was being targeted for protesting against the regime and also converting to Christianity.
Det Insp Thomas Meaden, who led the Metropolitan Police’s , said: “The victim has shown great strength throughout what has been an extremely hard experience.
“I hope this outcome provides some measure of justice.
“Mohmoudi is a predator who poses danger to any women and girls he may cross.
“Had he not been interrupted by a brave member of the public, he intended to commit further harm.”
