Israel’s Home Front Command has cautioned citizens across the country to avoid gatherings and minimise movement in public spaces amid the ongoing conflict with Iran.
The directive was disclosed in a statement issued by the Israel Defense Forces, IDF, on Sunday.
IDF urged citizens to remain close to protected reas until an official update is provided.
“Movement in public areas should be minimised, and public gatherings must be avoided.
“Upon receiving an alert, enter a protected space and remain there until an official update is issued,”; the IDF said in a statement.
DAILY POST reports that the Home Front Command is a part of the IDF and is responsible for civil protection in Israel.
Israel and Iran have intensified their conflict in the past few days.
