NOW that Love Island is officially back on our screens, many of us will spend the summer watching contestants try to find true love.
But this year, the Islanders are staying in the sexiest villa yet after the famous Mallorca digs were given a glam makeover.

The Love Island stars will once again have an outdoor seating area, a glistening swimming pool and the hideaway to sneak off to for private chats and sleepovers.
But this season, the garden follows a pink, blue and green theme, with the firepit even having been given a lick of blue paint.
The hideaway has also been fitted with plush pink carpets, chandeliers, and a footboard bench.
The walls are painted blue, and above the bed is a cheeky sign, which says: “Shhh…”
Meanwhile, the famous bean bags have been ditched from the garden and replaced with armchairs.
Even though you might not be able to install a built-in hot tub or pool in your own garden, there are still ways you can ‘crack on’ and add a touch of Love Island luxury to your space.
Interiors experts have revealed their five tips on how you can transform your own garden into a Love Island-inspired spot.
Laura James ’ in-house interiors expert, Chloe Barrow, has said it’s all about colour choices, accessories and lighting styling.
1. Go bold with your colour choices
This year, bold colours have taken over the villa, and Chloe says you shouldn’t be worried about adding them to your own garden.
She said: “The 2026 villa is really unapologetic with colour. Full of teal, bright blue, and pops of coral, these shades take some confidence, but that’s what makes it work.
“I would always recommend starting with outdoor cushions and textiles rather than furniture if you want to introduce colour without it feeling too much or like too big of an investment.
“You can easily pop colourful soft furnishings on top of existing garden furniture. A colourful accent chair is also a great choice, if you do want a statement piece without replacing your entire existing garden set.”

2. Recreate the pergola lounging zone
The new pergola lounging zone has been a huge hit after being introduced to the villa this season, and the expert says it is surprisingly easy to add the vibe it created to your garden.
Chloe reveals: “One of my favourite things about this year’s villa is the covered pergola area. It feels like a proper destination within the outdoor space rather than just somewhere to sit.
“Replicating that at home is about giving an area of the garden its own identity, separate from where you dine. A corner sofa set beneath any overhead structure immediately achieves that.
“Zoning a garden this way is really what makes the difference between a space that looks good and one that people actually want to spend time in.”
3. Bring in personality through accessories
It’s not just your big pieces and large bits of furniture that can have an impact – Chloe says you can add personality to your garden through your accessories.
The interiors pro says: “The villa this year really doesn’t hold back on personality, and a lot of that comes from the accessories rather than the furniture itself.
“In my experience, this is actually where most people go wrong outdoors. They invest in the furniture and then stop there. A single selective planter or side table can do more for a space than people realise.
“I personally always tell people to hold a little budget back for accessories rather than spending everything on the main pieces.”
Villa's new look
A SOURCE told The Sun that bosses decided to give the Islander’s home for the summer quite the upgrade in 2026.
They said: “ITV bosses have really stepped things up this year and the villa is looking more fresh than ever.
“There’s even space hidden away for extra beds if they need it – which means that a huge number of bombshells could be on their way.
“There are all the fan favourites, including the hideaway and of course the terrace – where plenty of secret chats are likely to go down.”
“Plus the fire pit has been given a fresh lick of paint ready for this years new Islanders,” the source added.
Series 13 of ‘s Love Island kicked off on June 1 with a bunch of sexy singletons looking to find love.
The cast dropped last month, and it did not disappoint.
Within the OG line-up, we’ve got 24-year-old Scot Ellie Chadwick, who is a Real Estate Videographer from West Lothian.
She is joined by 21-year-old student and niece of the President of Barbados Mica, business-owner Lorenzo, primary school teacher Sean, 25, and Lola – a detective from Kent.
There’s certainly an eclectic mix of stars this year, from West End performers and DJs to electricians and property brokers.

4. Prioritise a spot for the sun
Chloe has said that another important factor to consider is making sure you prioritise a spot for the sun – it is a garden, after all!
She explained: “The villa’s sun lounger area is really stripped back and it works because of that.
“I always think this is the part of a garden people rush, and it shows.
“Dedicating even a small corner of the garden purely to chilling out, with a couple of sun loungers and a low table between them is honestly all you need to create a holiday feel.”
5. Use lighting to finish the space
Since your garden is outside, many homeowners neglect to add lighting, thinking the outside light will be enough.
But Chloe says that the right lighting can actually be the perfect finish to any garden – especially so with a Love Island-inspired look.
The expert says: “Festoon lights are probably the most copied detail from the Love Island villa every single year, and it’s easy to see why.
“Stringing them above your main seating area just feels completely different once the sun goes down.
“I would always recommend pairing them with a lower level light source too.
“A rechargeable table lamp works really well for this, as it creates a perfect warm glow, and stops the lighting from falling flat, which can happen when you’re only using one source of light.”
