i-dle [formerly (G)I-DLE] will be appearing as a full group on the next episode of MBC’s “The Manager”;;!
On May 11, the popular reality show released a preview of its upcoming episode, which will feature all five members of i-dle as guests.
The new preview begins by reminding viewers that the i-dle members recently renewed their contracts with Cube Entertainment as a full group. One of the group’s managers remarks in awe, “They’re all so different, so I wondered how they managed to renew their contracts [together].”;; To show viewers what he means, the video highlights the members’ different personalities through glimpses of their morning commutes.
Next, the show reveals a peek inside Minnie’s new home, which is being revealed for the first time on “The Manager.”;; All five members head to Minnie’s place to eat dinner and hang out, and things get so loud that Minnie begs, “Please talk one at a time!”;;
i-dle goes on to get emotional as they talk about their recent contract renewal over their meal. Soyeon says, “Honestly, we went through a hard time with this contract renewal. [I worried,] ‘Are we disbanding?’”;; Back in the studio, Soyeon remarks, “All of the members probably felt this way, but I thought, ‘i-dle is something that the five of us made together.’”;; As the members tear up, Shuhua recalls, “I just kept crying, because I was so sad.”;;
