Emmanuel Dennis has returned to Nottingham Forest after his six-month loan spell with Sky Bet Championship club, Blackburn Rovers.
Dennis made the switch to Blackburn Rovers in January in search of regular playing time.
The 27-year-old was however hampered by injuries during his loan stint with Rovers.
The forward made seven appearances for the club with just one start.
The Nigerian has one year left on his contract with Nottingham Forest.
He is expected to seek a permanent exit from the club this summer.
