Bradley Walsh set for multi-million pound payday after mysterious £400k investment

BRADLEY Walsh has bought a mysterious plot of land next to the M25 which could net him a multi-million pound fortune.

The Chase host, who is already, splashed out £400,000 seven years ago on

The site is green belt land so any application for planning permission for any sort of development would be tough.

It remains a mystery why bought the land – but we can now reveal that it may turn out to be a financial masterstroke.

The land, made up of grass of trees, is adjacent to Abridge Golf and Country Club, a stunning course which states that it’s one of the most beautiful in Essex.

Bradley lives just a few miles away in a £2.5M barn conversion with his wife Donna, which also features a sauna, gym and outdoor pool.

It’s also believed that keen golfer Bradley is a member of Abridge golf club.

Bradley’s plot of land backs onto the golf club, which in recent years has been expanding.

In 2023, it gained planning permission for an extended driving range, a new three-hole mini course, indoor putting green, seating areas and two new dwellings.

The works are on land to the south of the course – and now if the golf club ever wanted to extend further, it has no choice but to buy Bradley’s land from him.

All of a sudden a £400k deal for 44 acres looks like a snip compared to the millions he could sell it to the golf club for.

For that size of land, there’s enough for a nine-hole golf course.
According to the title deeds, the land was bought by his company Barnstormer Holdings Ltd in March 2018.

It was purchased by borrowing money from his mega rich media firm Wingit Productions Ltd, whose last accounts reveal it had £19.9M in reserves.

The Sun has contacted a representative for Bradley for comment.
