I’M A CELEBRITY bosses have made a huge blunder on social media with a baffling post about “King of the Jungle” ahead of the launch show tonight.
The show is returning to try and be crowned an I’m a Celebrity Legend at the end of the series.

Ahead of tonight’s launch, the I’m A Celeb page shared a photo of
The caption read: “Does former King of the Jungle, Jimmy Bullard, have what it takes to win the Legend crown too?”
But, fans were quick to point out a huge error, as the former footballer had, in fact, been voted out first in his series.
One wrote: “He was out first that year, because I remember being outraged by it.”
Another commented: “Carl Fogarty won the year he was on?”
A third said: “He didn’t win, he was out first because of his bantz with Jake Quickenden. Foggy won that year.”
While a fourth said: “Someone doesn’t know the history of I’m A Celebrity, he didn’t win, he was on the show [the] year Carl Fogarty won it.”
A fifth added: “He was first out!”
I’m A Celeb bosses quickly replied: “Turns out our memory’s got a bit foggy over the last 12 years.”
They also changed the caption of the post to read: “Jimmy Bullard is back to tackle his way to the top for the Jungle Legend crown.”
Jimmy revelled in his role as jungle jester, leaving fans and campmates in stitches with his energetic banter in 2014.
Despite being an within days he became first contestant to be voted out in a huge shock.
Viewer opinion seemed to shift after an exchange between him and X Factor pal in which the retired footballer asked why the media personality was famous and what his talent was, with some mistaking his humour for bullying.

“There were a few times when I was like ‘this is a bit much, I’ve gotta go here. I’ve gotta walk.’
“I was first out. I went from favourite, what I know now, to first out so no one was more gutted than me when I found out that.
“I though ‘oh my god, I ballsed that up’.”
ITV revealed the at the show’s launch event in March.
Eight are in the opening line-up, while another four arrive as latecomers.

- : The Red Dwarf, and Coronation Street star, 61, was one of the favourites to win in 2014, but was forced to leave the series early after his brother Dean suffered a .
- : The Towie star, 45, during her first stint on I’m A Celeb, but more than a decade later she’s giving jungle life another crack.
- : The former Premier League player, 47, was in 2014, he’s back for another shot at the crown.
The second series of was filmed in September 2025 at Kruger National Park in South Africa.
In 2023, was crowned the very first Queen of the All Star Jungle, having finished as runner-up on the sixth instalment of the regular series back in 2006.
