Whilst we are keeping the celebrity’s identity anonymous, fans will watch as they share the news with their campmates during tonight’s episode.
Upon waking up, they will announce: “Hi guys, I’ve just got something to tell you all.
“I didn’t feel very well this morning… and the medics have advised I can’t return to camp. I’ve got to go home.”
“I don’t want to go. I’m absolutely gutted. I wanted to finish.”
The announcement leaves the rest of the camp in shock, but offering their encouragement.
After the campmate departs, the remaining celebrities sit and reflect on the unexpected reality of there now only being eight campmates left.
It comes after in a brutal double eviction.
Before the eviction, the campmates were told to save a campmate each as they went round the group and chose one-by-one.
Boxer David was the last one standing and hadn’t been chosen, meaning he was sent packing.
But then in a savage twist, axed celebrity David then selected another to leave with him – meaning not one but two cast were dumped.
He chose Gemma, telling the Towie star: “Gemma baby, we’re going together.”
