I’M A CELEBRITY alum Joe Pasquale has revealed the “big mistake” contestants make EVERY single year – and how he profited from it.
The comedian, 64, also told Wednesday’s which items he snuck into camp, and how he swerved the attention of show bosses.

He was crowned jungle king after a successful show stint triumphing over camp mates including Paul Burrell and Brian Harvey.
He told GMB anchors , 54, and , 69, of his time on the series, before revealing some key advice for .
Ahead of his new stint in pantomime, Joe said: “The big mistake they make is their luxury item.
“They’re like oh iI’ll take a hairbrush or some skin lotion or a picture of my kids, thinking ‘oh that will be lovely.’
“But after two hours of sitting on a log, your back is killing you.
“I took a chair in, I kid you not, at the end of the first day everyone was swapping food with me saying ‘can I borrow your chair for an hour?’
“They said I’ll give you two spoonfuls of rice for two hours in your chair.
“I said ‘yep fine.”
He then urged the current crop of contestants to avoid “performing.”
He then let slip another show secret and told how he put seven pairs of pants and socks to avoid strict show rules which only allow two pairs of pants per person.
He joked how he had “great big fat feet” but his savvy actions meant he had clean socks.
JUNGLE TRIUMPH
Joe won I’m A Celebrity in 2004, beating stiff competition from the likes of Princess Diana’s former butler Paul Burrell and Irish nightclub owner Fran Cosgrave.
Joe was the first celeb ever to earn full stars in a Bushtucker trial, after climbing out of an airborne helicopter and collecting stars as he walked down a ladder.
