Kay showed off his impressive physique on Instagram with the caption: “Hard work pays off, mentally and physically in the best shape of my life.”
The 26-year-old in Manchester the first time around but says he is more prepared for his second bout.
Kay told SunSport: “Training’s going good, very good. I’m ready to go.
“I’m taking it a lot serious this time. Last time I didn’t really take it serious, now I’m taking it really seriously.
“I know what to do this time. Last time was just a slugfest, but I know what to do this time.”
Kay admits the thrill of the fight was so great he can’t even recall what happened during the four rounds.
He said: “It was just a blur. I can’t remember anything from that fight.
