Popular Nigerian musician Ajibola Danladi, aka Danny Young, has claimed that he paved the way for singers Seyi Vibez and Asake.
Danny Young made the claim in a viral video on social media while reviewing Asake’s recent achievements with his friends.
He stated that he was the one who started the style of music Seyi Vibez and Asake now make.
While acknowledging the global recognition of Nigerian music, he said: “But you know say na me start that music, the style, the lamba, the streets, tune. Anytime wey you dey hear those lamba, make you know say na me, no cap.”;
