Grammy-winning Nigerian artist, Damini Ogulu, widely known as Burna Boy, has openly discussed his challenges with religion, revealing that he remains unfulfilled despite his conversion from Christianity to Islam in search of enlightenment.

In a recent interview with streamer Playboymax, Burna Boy shared that the more he delves into religious texts seeking understanding, the more perplexed he becomes.

“As a child, I was a Christian, and later I converted to Islam. It feels like I have explored everything, yet I’m still here trying to grasp what is truly happening, you know? The more I investigate, the more bewildered I feel,” he stated.

Burna Boy mentioned that his spiritual journey continues, along with his quest for personal truth.
