ELEVEN of the UK’s most wanted fugitives, including an ex-Brookside star, are hiding in Spain with one arrested in Benidorm after being on the run for months.

Simon Dutton, 49, following a stunning raid on Thursday – and has now been charged with drug trafficking and document forgery.

seized various narcotics, about £3,000 in cash, false documents and two cars.

Dutton was one of 12 fugitives featured in the National Crime Agency’s (NCA) most wanted fugitive campaign, Operation Captura.

The offenders – who are all men – are believed to be in or have links to including areas such as Tenerife, Marbella, Alicante and Malaga.

They are wanted for crimes including murder, offences and laundering and with one down, the hunt is on for the remaining 11.

Philip Barry Foster

Also on the list is a aspiring models out of £13.6million through a fake agency.

Philip Foster, 49, targeted more than 6,000 young girls and their families across an eight year period, leaving them in “serious debt”.

The former actor played Christian Wright in soap opera , alongside his on-screen ex-wife Rachel Wright, portrayed by Tiffany Chapman.

His scam began by enticing hopeful models into fake agencies and photography studios based in , Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Coventry and Nottingham.

Foster is wanted to begin his eight-and-a-half year prison sentence

Also on the list for fraud as well as money laundering is Philip Barry Foster, 50, after convincing his victims they could earn money as professional models.

He swindled thousands out of large amounts of cash for poor quality photographs and is wanted to begin his eight-and-a-half year .

Foster, who had set himself up at a lavish base in Marbella, was convicted last year for the £13.6million operation last year.

Dean Eighteen

Among the list of fugitives is Dean Eighteen, 48, who is wanted by for VAT fraud while sole director of two companies linked to fake car exports.

He fraudulently claimed an eye-watering £7.8million, claiming he was exporting cars which did not exist to Asia.

The British national – described as a white male – is thought to have fled the UK in 2019.

Derek McGraw Ferguson

Ferguson, 62, is wanted in connection to the murder of Thomas Cameron which took place outside a public house in in June 2007.

He is believed to have fled Scotland after a fatal shooting in a pub car park nearly 20 years ago.

The NCA say he is most likely to be living under an alias and has featured in previous wanted campaigns.

He ranks as one of ‘s most wanted fugitives following the fatal shooting nearly 20 years ago.

He’s described as a white male, 5ft 3in tall with a stocky build and balding.

John Rocks

Rocks, 37, is accused of sexual offences spanning a period between 2012 and 2022.

Wanted by Police Scotland, he is described as a white male, 6ft 3in tall with a slim build and fair hair – he also has links to Benidorm

Kevin Thomas Parle

Parle, 33, is wanted over the murder of Liam Kelly, 16 who was shot dead in Toxteth, , in June 2004.

The 6ft 6in fugitive is believed to be on Spain’s Costa del Sol and is known by the nickname Hemp.

Standing 6ft 4in tall, he has blue eyes and red hair with links to both Malaga and Costa Blanca in Spain.

Alexsandr Vladimirovich Kuksov

Russian national Alexsandr Kuksov, 23, was only added to the list in January and is accused of being involved with an organised group.

The NCA say the group laundered millions of pounds of criminal cash between September and October 2022.

He is described as 5ft 9in tall with a stocky build and mousy brown hair with links not only to Tenerife but and Malta too.

Spencer Dillon Lamb

Also featuring on the list is Spencer Dillon Lamb, 33, wanted for supplying and manufacturing drugs between May 2020 and May 2021.

The fugitive is said to be 6ft 3in tall with a stocky build and fair hair.

He also has covering his head, neck, left shoulder, both arms and abdomen with a scar under his left eye.

Matthew Purves

Purves, 41, is wanted for his involvement in a conspiracy to supply multiple kilos of cocaine across the UK.

He is 6ft tall with cropped auburn hair and is believed to have links to southern Spain as well as Corby and Peterborough.

Liam Michael Murray

Murray is also wanted for his involvement in the supply of cocaine, and possessing criminal cash.

The 34-year-old is known to be 5ft 5in tall and of a medium build with brown eyes, brown hair and a North East accent.

He has links to Alicante in Spain.

Francis David Parker

The NCA say Parker, 40, is a member of the Coggins organised crime group (OCG).

He is believed to be wanted for directing drug couriers and collecting money on behalf of the group.

With links to southern Spain, he is described as a white male with stocky build and short brown/grey hair.

Charlie Salisbury

The 34-year-old is accused of supplying cocaine and laundering the proceeds of the crimes.

The NCA say he is believed to have been involved in two separate conspiracies to supply the drug and has links to Malaga, Marbella and Andalusia.

He has a distinctive koi carp and dragon tattoo covering his right arm and his lower right leg is also tattooed.

The National Crime Agency published the list to mark the 20th anniversary of Operation Captura – a campaign they say has already seen the capture of 98 fugitives.

The campaign is run alongside the Crimestoppers and the Spanish Ministry of Interior.

Rob Jones the NCA’s Director General Operations said at the campaign launch in Alicante: “As we mark the 20th anniversary of Operation Captura, our message is very clear.

“Spain is not a safe haven for fugitives and this partnership has shown time and again that if you run, we will not stop looking. We will find you, and we will bring you back to face justice.

“Fugitives rarely stop offending while on the run. They continue to harm communities in both Spain and the UK, and attempt to stay under the radar by blending into large British ex-pat populations. These are not people you want in your neighbourhood.”
