NOBEL MENDY was forced off against Chelsea following a horror clash of heads with Joao Pedro.
The Hull full-back, 22, had collided with the Blues striker as they pair were contesting a ball at the far post.

Mendy hit the deck immediately, with goalkeeper Konstantinos Tzolakis quickly calling for help from the medics.
The Senegal international, signed from Rayo Vallecano this summer, was able to stand after treatment but was replaced and had to be helped by two medics as he walked around the pitch and down the tunnel, holding his head.
