SHE lived with Hugh Hefner in the Playboy Mansion for four years.

And during that time, Holly Madison – as well as the other ‘girlfriends’ – had to abide by a series of rules, some of which she deemed more than a little strange.

One such rule was that the girls always had to be completely free from body hair – particularly down below.

In an interview on the Call Her Daddy podcast, Holly said “always had a fixation on everyone always being fully shaved”.

“He would get mad if somebody wasn’t shaved,” she added.

Not only that, but Hugh “always liked vaginas to look a certain way”, with “nothing sticking out”.

“Okay, like inies not outies type thing?” host Alex Cooper asked in the resurfaced video from 2021.

“Yeah,” Holly replied, before agreeing with Alex that the “girl with the outie wasn’t invited back”.

When it came to having sex with Hugh, who Holly started officially dating in 2001 aged 22, she admitted the then 75-year-old always had to take Viagra ahead of any bedroom sessions.

Holly also revealed Hugh’s favourite position, as she said: “He was on top the first time, but he was always laying down every other time that I remember.”

As for her pleasure during sex with Hugh, Holly admitted she never had an orgasm during it, and had to fake it instead.

“I was too messed up, I think,” she said.

“Right, because it was fully transactional,” Alex added.

“In the moment, you’re like, this is, it’s almost like your job.”

“And just messed up like drunk and high,” Holly said.

The now 45-year-old also hit back at people saying that she knew what she was getting into before she moved into the mansion.

“I always hate it when people say I knew what I was getting into because I absolutely did not,” she said.

“I thought I kind of had a hazy idea of what living at the mansion would be before I moved in, but nobody breaks it down for you.

Facts you didn't know about the Playboy Mansion

Girlfriends vs Playmates

Rumour has it that Hugh Hefner would have two to a dozen “girlfriends” living with him at a time. These girlfriends are not to be confused with Playmates. Each girlfriend had their own room, but one “special lady” was named as girlfriend number one and stayed with Hef in his room. Each girlfriend received a $1,000 (£760) weekly bonus “allowance.”

Hef’s Wild side

The Playboy mansion was home to a private zoo. It was one of very few private residences that actually has a zoo license. Hefner was a fan of birds. Among his collection – many of which roamed the grounds – were peacocks, macaws, flamingos, toucans and ducks.

The Elvis Legend

Within the mansion was a secret room, called “The Elvis Room.” Legend has it that the King himself, Elvis Presley, had a little slumber party in the room with up to eight eager bunnies.

“I think people imagine it being like 50 Shades of Grey, where the woman is sat down in a conference room and given this long contract, and you’re told exactly what’s going to happen, and what do you consent to, and what do you not.

“But it’s not like that at all.”

And none of the other girls told her what she was agreeing to either.

“They would tell me the bare minimum,” she sighed.

“They wouldn’t even tell me, oh, this is the salon we go to that he pays the tab for while I’m doing my hair by myself on my own.

“Nobody really wants to help anybody out – everybody wants a centerfold.

“Everybody wants more money.”
