A HOSPITAL chief exposed himself to a woman who was sunbathing before he groped a female police officer, a court heard.
Dr Martin Kuper, 57, approached his alleged victim in Battersea Park on April 28 last year.

Wimbledon Magistrates’ heard the chief executive of Moorfields Eye Hospital then groped a female police officer who arrested him.
The alleged assaults were carried out a few months before he quit his role at the trust.
Barbara Valentini, prosecuting, told the court: “The defendant approached the victim while she was sunbathing, straddled her and exposed his penis.
“He ran off into the bushes after being told off by the victim.”
Ms Valentini said after his arrest Dr Kuper was accused of “grabbing” a female officer in her crotch area.
Dr Kuper appeared in court on Wednesday and pleaded not guilty to charges of exposure and sexual assault.
The 57-year-old had held the role as chief executive of Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust from September 2021 until leaving in July 2025.
He had been appointed as the chief medical director at Northwick Park Hospital before this.
Dr Kuper also held a senior position at another north London hospital in Whittington.
He is due to appear at Kingston Crown Court on March 10, when a date will be set for his trial.
The defendant was bailed, with a condition he doesn’t go to Battersea Park.
