HILARY Duff called her UK arena show to a dramatic halt after a medical emergency in the crowd.

The Coming Clean hitmaker, 38, pressed pause on her setlist during her Saturday show at ‘s AO Arena, crouching down on the stage to make her announcement.

, dressed in a baby pink bodysuit which showed off , told fans there was “a bit of an emergency” before she told them: “Everybody, make some space please”.

The mum of four looked hugely concerned as she sat staring into the crowds, with her band remaining on-stage with her as the incident struck 15 songs into her 22-track setlist.

A video taken by a fan at The Lucky Me Tour, and posted to TikTok, captured gig-goers cheering as medical staff arrived.

The So Yesterday songstress then asked: “Is everyone OK?” before advising fans to keep hydrated and “look out for your neighbour”.

Hilary then pointed to a spot in the crowd and asked: “Are we having another emergency over here or do we need some water?

“Can someone check that out? We are good, thumbs up, thumbs up”.

After the confirmation all was well, the Lizzie McGuire alum let out a huge sigh and told how she would be starting her hit Holiday Party “from the top”.

Fans were quick to comment on the chart star’s conduct and one wrote: “I’m crying. This makes me love her MORE for prioritising this person instead of the show. I am also sending SO many prayers and positive energy to this person! I hope they are flooded with support”.

A second noted: “Our girl was STRESSIN! Hope they are ok!”

A third then put: “She’s such a sweetheart”.

Hilary started her concert at the AO with hit Wake Up.

She wrapped proceedings with What Dreams Are Made Of, her tune from The Lizzie McGuire Movie.

Hilary’s highly anticipated tour began on June 22 in West Palm Beach, Florida, and made stops throughout North America through August.

Her international stops have included Europe, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and Mexico.

The tour will conclude in Mexico City in February 2027.
