Scott bought the property in June 2021 for £840,000 and back in April it was revealed it had .

It seems the former couple, who had a tumultuous split, were keen to cut all ties as quickly as possible.

Despite the huge price drop and Helen, buyers were still not lining up at the door.

The mum-of-three was then forced to slash a further £200,000 off the price tag.

That seemed to get the attention of house hunters as the plush pad was sold for £995,000 – a reduction of nearly a third of the original evaluation.

But now, according to the Mail Online the sale only went through after a further £50,000 was agreed to be knocked off.

Land registry records show the buyers of Helen and Scott’s mansion run a property management company.

meanwhile Helen admitted she wasn’t in any rush to move out.

A pal close to Helen, 35, said at the time: “Scott pays for the house and all the bills and he’s decided a six-bedroom place is way too big for Helen on her own with the kids.

“But Helen doesn’t want to move and is digging her heels in. She loves the place, the kids are settled at the local school and her mum and dad live around the corner.

“Scott wants to buy Helen a four-bedroom home. He’s even offered to put it in her name but wants to stop the maintenance payments.”

shares three kids with Scott – Matilda, Delilah, and Charlie – but has admitted they no longer speak with communication going through their parents.

“I know it’s not very mature, and I really do hope it sorts itself out but what we don’t do is argue in front of the children, so we make sure they don’t see any drama,” she told the Mail Online.
