HELEN Flanagan admits she felt old while filming Celebrity Ex on the Beach after her splits from exes Scott Sinclair and Robbie Talbot.
The former star, 35, filmed the Paramount+ reality show in Tenerife late last year, alongside Towie’s Dani Imbert, Love Island‘s , star John Grimes and ‘s Amy Kenyon.

The mum-of-three rediscovered herself on the show and candidly spoke about her mental health battles and parenting.
Speaking to The Sun on behalf of Paddy Power , she said: “I’ve got quite a young energy, but I felt old in that environment. I’d be the one having a bath every night and a cup of tea, which felt very different from everyone else.
“I’m quite traditional in that sense. I got on with everyone and felt comfortable, but I wasn’t there for the same reasons as others.”
Helen didn’t actively seek a partner on the show, unlike some of her co-stars, but rather searched for a potential “connection” with someone new.
The actress previously told us that she lets her eldest daughter Matilda, 10, watch her reality shows and, as a result, she was determined to keep her experience clean.
In fact, she had a dealbreaker clause that she would not share a bed with anyone else.
She said: “It did make me feel like the Queen.
“I was the only one on the cast who made sure beforehand that I definitely had a bed to myself.”
It’s been a busy year for Helen, who released her candid autobiography, Head & Heart, in January.
She also made an acting return in the stage production of The Memory of Water at the Octagon Theatre in Bolton and was watched by former co-stars and .

Helen has been vocal in her desire for a Coronation Street return as Rosie Webster, though bosses are yet to pick up the phone.
She last starred on the cobbles as the character in 2017, when she stepped away to focus on motherhood.
Rosie had her fair share of relationships, some more successful than others.
She went from a rebellious goth to a fashion-loving minx who used flirtation to get what she wanted.
If and when Helen does return, it’s likely Rosie won’t have to wait long before she’s asked out.
Those with money and influence would likely be at the top of the list, but Helen isn’t singling out any Weatherfield residents as a potential match just yet.
“I would love her to be with anyone hot,” she said. “I always loved Rosie and Jason [Grimshaw, played by Ryan Thomas] together I thought they were cute.
“I don’t think there are any plans for him to return, but that pairing really worked.”
Despite the on-screen chemistry, Helen wrote in her memoir that things weren’t always so rosy behind the scenes.
She claimed Ryan was grumpy in the morning and had trouble remembering his lines, which frustrated her.
However, there was no lasting damage and the pair have been pictured together at various events over the years from the NTAs to Wimbledon.
When it comes to her dream man in real life, Helen named a Hollywood A-lister, telling us: “I think Michael B. Jordan is really beautiful.”
