A GRANDFATHER who was killed in a crash with a Lamborghini was a proud father of four and a devoted husband, his family have said.
Tributes have flooded in for David Ward who died in a collision with the supercar on Thursday November 13.

The 86-year-old was a Viva on Crewe Road in Sandbach, at around 10 am when the tragic crash happened.
were called to reports of a collision involving two vehicles.
Cheshire Police said Mr Ward suffered a fatal medical episode at the time of the collision.
The grandfather was sadly pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.

His family have paid tribute to their much-loved grandfather after his tragic death.
The family said they were at the heart of everything David did.
He showed his love: “not through grand gestures, but through steady support, quiet wisdom, and the warm, reassuring kindness and humour he offered so naturally.”
They added that Mr Ward, from Winterely, found joy in “simple, peaceful moments, fishing by the water, tending to his garden, walking familiar paths and with ease and freedom.”
David leaves behind his wife Christine.
His family said: “David was a devoted husband to Christine, a proud father of four, and a loving grandfather to seven.”
“These were the places where he felt most connected to the world, and where many of us picture him now,” they added.
Tributes flooded in on social media and one commenter wrote: “Dave will be sadly missed by all those who knew him.
“He loved fishing and I learned a lot watching him on the canal at Dunham Massey. Rest in peace Dave and condolences to all his loved ones.”
A spokesperson for Cheshire Police said: “The family of a man who died following a collision in Sandbach have paid tribute to him.
“At 10.05am on Thursday 13 November, police were called to reports of a collision on Crewe Road, Sandbach.
“The collision involved two vehicles, a black and a Red Vauxhall Viva.
“The driver of the Vauxhall, 86-year-old David Ward from Winterley, was sadly pronounced deceased by paramedics at the scene.
“Following enquiries, it has now been established that David suffered a medical episode at the time of the collision and his death has been concluded as natural causes.
“We would like to thank the members of public that had made contact with Cheshire Police in response to the initial media appeal.”
