Former Barcelona striker, Gary Lineker has labeled Manchester United’s Harry Maguire as ‘one of the most underrated players in football’.
This comment came after Maguire’s stellar performance in Manchester United’s 3-2 victory over Arsenal in the Premier League on Sunday.
Lineker praised the England international for consistently delivering strong performances while representing the Three Lions.
“The Rest is Football” podcast, he remarked, “I genuinely believe Harry Maguire is one of the most underrated players in the game. He possesses great ball skills and has never let England down in international matches.
Speaking on The Rest is Football podcast, Lineker said, ” I think Maguire is one of the most underrated players in football.
“He is good on the ball, and he has never let England down when he played for his country.”
