HARRY REDKNAPP missed out on a memorable Gold Cup win at the Cheltenham Festival – but he was full of praise for the victorious Gaelic Warrior.
The legendary Premier League boss, 79, was forced to settle for eighth spot as The Jukebox Man competed in the showpiece event.

And Redknapp, who has been , showed his class during an interview straight after heartbreakingly falling short of glory.
But the FA Cup-winning chief also admitted that jockey Ben Jones encountered an issue.
He told ITV: “He travelled well until two out. I’m looking at Gaelic Warrior behind and he’s going well as well.
“Then the two of them turned for home. But, no, the winner was fantastic, wasn’t he?
“Really impressive in the end. But I think he’s got a little wind problem that we need to sort out.
“Ben just came back and said that after. But the winner was impressive. No excuses.”
also revealed that he is hoping for further opportunities to challenge for wins at Cheltenham in the future.
He added: “It’s been amazing. What a week to be here in the Gold Cup and have a runner that came here with a chance.
“It’s been a great week and I’ve loved every minute of it. It would have been the icing on the cake to have won, obviously, but we won the King George this year, so that was great.
“ is the ultimate, but we won the second best one, so we’ve had a great season.
