EAGLE-EYED viewers of Channel 4’s new show Handcuffed: Last Pair Standing have noticed one contestant shot to fame on another series over 10 years ago.

But one contestant has already been on our screens before and she has a big personality – did you spot who?
The star in question is none other than Tilly Martin, who appeared on series three of The Island with back in 2016.
The Island sees participants placed on remote uninhabited islands as a test of their survival skills.
They are left completely alone, filming themselves, with only the clothes they are wearing and some basic tools and training.
Tilly, a barmaid and cleaner, is currently paired with wealthy motor vehicle enthusiast Antony Kearsley on ‘s Handcuffed.
While things didn’t go swimmingly for the pair during the show’s debut episode they still remain in the competition.
Throughout her stint on the survival programme a decade earlier fans fell in love with Tilly, 37, as proved how much of a hard worker she really was.
The reality TV star successfully navigated many of the gruelling challenges the show threw at her and despite the horrendous living conditions she powered through.
On her series there were constant arguments and high tensions among the group but Tilly maintained that she would do the experience all over again.
Upon noticing Tilly’s return to TV, one fan wrote: “Tilly in Handcuffed is the highlight of TV in 2026!!”

Speaking on her experience on Handcuffed, Tilly said: “Antony snores and we had some days where it was fine but some days it weren’t but I think whoever I would have been handcuffed to that would have been a problem for me.
“I don’t cope very well when I’m not in my own bed and I fidget and then I panic if I’m not sleeping so that was my worst thing, and then you’ve got to contend with the tiredness of it the next day so I’d say that was my most difficult part.”
She continued: “You are going to have somebody that’s completely opposite from you and you’re obviously going to have some kind of confrontation with it but you’ve got to minimise that confrontation so much that they don’t leave.”
Handcuffed: Last Pair Standing continues tonight on at 9:00pm.
