Will Han Ji Min finally regain her memories on the next episode of “Heavenly Ever After”;;?
JTBC’s “Heavenly Ever After”;; is a transcendent romance drama starring Kim Hye Ja as Lee Hae Sook, a woman who reunites with her husband in heaven after death. Unlike the other residents of heaven—including her husband Go Nak Joon (Son Suk Ku), who has chosen to return to the 30-something version of himself—Lee Hae Sook makes the unusual choice to keep her 80-year-old appearance.

On the previous episode of “Heavenly Ever After,”;; Lee Young Ae (Lee Jung Eun) returned to the living world, where she woke up after three months in a coma.
In the upcoming episode of the drama, Lee Hae Sook participates in heaven’s Lotto Festival for the sake of Lee Young Ae. The Lotto Festival is an event where one lucky winner gets to enter the dreams of a loved one who is still alive on Earth and tell them the winning lottery number. Desperate for the chance to change the life of Lee Young Ae, who has been left alone on Earth and is like a daughter to her, Lee Hae Sook passionately throws herself into the competition.
Newly released stills from the episode show Lee Hae Sook and the pastor (Ryu Deok Hwan) searching for the key that will open the doors to the final round of the Lotto Festival. However, despite helping Lee Hae Sook in her quest, the pastor watches her with a displeased expression when she makes a desperate prayer full of greed.
Another set of stills captures a tense moment between Som Yi (Han Ji Min) and Go Nak Joon. Go Nak Joon, who has always been nothing but tender and caring, wears an angry expression as he speaks to Som Yi. Meanwhile, Som Yi sheds tears while looking as if she has just remembered something about her past.
As Som Yi gradually begins to recover her memories, Go Nak Joon’s heart will grow heavier and heavier.
The drama’s production team teased, “The ending scene of Episode 9 piqued curiosity by showing the pastor calling out ‘Mom,’ Lee Hae Sook, and Som Yi together. One layer of the reason for [showing them together] will be unveiled.”;;
They continued, “It will be gradually revealed whether Go Nak Joon has figured out Som Yi’s identity—and what the decisive clue is.”;;
The next episode of “Heavenly Ever After”;; will air on May 18 at 10:30 p.m. KST.
